
The Intern will be responsible for supporting Junior and Senior Workforce Researchers on a variety of research projects.
Typical job related activities include: data entry and data cleaning, basic statistical analysis using SPSS, conduct initial and follow-up communication with stakeholders and research study participants, manage and organize incoming documents and associated materials for research studies, conduct basic online market research and competitor analyses, replicate various research analyses using methodologies and templates developed by senior and junior workforce researchers and conduct literature reviews and summarize key findings of workforce and economic research and policy reports.
To qualify, applicants must be an advanced undergraduate or first-year graduate student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Business Administration. Applicants must have a basic understanding of reseach methods and statistical analysis techniques; must be proficient in SPSS and Excel. Must have good verbal and written communication skills; and, must have some exposure to workforce and/or economic trends and issues.
