 The Tangipahoa Parish School System is now accepting applications for the position listed below:

DEADLINE: June 11, 2012

POSITION: Literacy Integration Specialist – 9-month position
(Salary: $42,245 -57,597) (based on years of experience and degree)

LOCATION: Independence Area Schools (Pre-K to Middle School)

CRITERIA: Must have a Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited university; Must have at least three (3) years of professional experience; Must hold a valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate; Preference will be given to individuals certified as a Reading Specialist.

If Tangipahoa Parish School System fails to receive grant renewal, this position will not be funded.
