POSITION: English Language Learner Literacy Integration Specialist
9-month position
(Salary: $42,245 – 57,597) (based on years of experience and degree)

LOCATION: Independence Area Schools (Early Childhood – High School)

CRITERIA: Must have a Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited university; Must have at least three (3) years of professional experience; Must hold a valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate; Preference will be given to individuals certified as a Reading Specialist; Must be Bilingual and preference will be given to individuals with ELL certification.

If Tangipahoa Parish School System fails to receive grant renewal, this position will not be funded.
