CNC Application Engineering Manager

Houston, TX

We are currently seeking a candidate who will manage 3 to 5 Application Engineers, be involved in selection and training of personnel, carry out performance evaluations, and oversee employee development. Will participate in hardware and software selection. The Applications Engineering Manager will also be responsible for recommending increases, promotions, travel, general managerial duties associated with Technology Center applications, and communication with customers, US headquarters and national headquarters. Will manage all projects to completion on time and within budget.
Associates Degree in machining technology/engineering is required. 3-5 years related experience is preferred.
Must have knowledge of product line and possible applications knowledge of CNC programming, options, fixturing, and good customer presentation skills. Good communication and management skills are a must.
