Job Description
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, economics, mathematics, or related field
• Mastery of baseline statistical methods and procedures
• Experience: 3+ years experience in data analysis in wireless or related industry
• 3+ years marketing or consulting experience, including significant experience in campaign management / database marketing and clear understanding of CRM strategies
• Experience using data management software tools (e.g. Cognos, Tableau)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel – must be able to use pivot tables to conduct analyses
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
• Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written/communication/presentation skills

This position is responsible for conducting campaign analytics and ad hoc studies to support CRM marketing strategy and analysis
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct deep dive analytics on campaign effectiveness reports to determine performance of campaigns aimed at retaining and adding to the Consumer base.
o Partner with cross-functional departments to determine basis of analysis and recommendations, and ensures that data is valid (including, but not limited to: Database Marketing to understand how the campaign target was established and how the data will appear in campaign reporting, Marketing Communications to understand the details around the vehicle messaging and how it will impact results, Area subject matter leads to understand nuances in each Area that may sway results, CRM Reporting consultants to assist in understanding what campaign data is being pulled and to request follow-up data, and CRM IT to address any technical errors in campaign data transfer). Needs to possess strong analytical skills to find nuances in data that would skew results as well as be detailed-oriented enough to dig into data to find strengths and weaknesses of each campaign (e.g. proposing different targeting, test segments, different creative messaging, etc.).
o Provide/present insights and recommendations/next steps to Area and HQ leadership based on current analysis and historical results
o Work with Area partners and HQ CRM to identify new base/campaign opportunities from KPI trends and interpret results from ongoing CRM initiatives
o Participate in subject matter-specific core team calls to understand campaign schedule/background, determine reporting needs, and to use as a forum for presenting findings and getting feedback
