Job Overview
The Business Analysis Manager delivers big insights and helps the Retail Media Network (RMN) business make critical strategic and operational decisions and craft the long-term vision of RMN. The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for insights, analysis, and reporting using various analytical techniques and software including data mining and business intelligence/reporting software. They build customer-centric recommendations informed by analysis, good business foresight and partner with RMN Operations to drive improvements in a matrixed environment through creativity, and effective communication. They partner with various teams including operations, marketing, strategy & planning, and FP&A on sophisticated modeling and analysis requests. This position also participates in the design and development of reporting structures & interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be used across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define, gather, interpret, and report out on business intelligence/KPIs to leadership and key stakeholders,

    and to guide decision-making (e.g., same store sales velocity, impression tracking, screen uptime,

    maintenance trends, deployment progress, supply chain throughput, etc.)

  • Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive business results, including

    reports, dashboards, visuals, and presentations

  • Utilize analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.
  • Support financial modeling activities
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years Working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required)
  • 4-7 years Working experience reporting and analyzing performance & dta visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required)
  • 4-7 years Working experience in sophisticated analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
  • Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. (Preferred)
  • Telecommunications (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Data Analysis Outstanding at using multifaceted datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights to maximize value creation and return on investment. (Required)
  • Problem Solving (Required)
  • Communication Ability to maintain relationships, influence and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives. (Required)
  • Financial Modeling (Required)
  • Telecommunications (Preferred)

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

     

Washington Pay Range : $101,200.00 - $137,000.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
