MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess a valid PA teaching certificate in the area of Music Education; a knowledge of best instructional practices; excellent oral and written communication skills; flexible schedule; excellent interpersonal skills; and an interest in urban education. The candidate for this position will provide vocal instruction and performing arts at the high school with the potential for requested services to support the middle schools as well.
