Job Description Summary

Directs one or more major functional areas of a department, a department, or a business unit. More discretion and greater financial authority than lower management levels. Evaluates and participates in due diligence activities related to potential acquisitions and/or growth projects with the ability to define, plan, and track assigned IS resources.  Serves as a liaison between MCP and IS to ensure project scope, resources, and processes are aligned.  Utilizes defined projects processes with Service Now.  Works collaboratively with practice managers, growth leadership, and physicians to ensure successful transition.  Looks for improvement opportunities to streamline, innovate and provide repeatable successful implementations.  Appropriately escalates risks and provides mitigation recommendations. Leads in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.  Manages and influences relationships with senior management team, administrators, functional area managers and staff to achieve best in practice performance and business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and executes growth related IS projects and programs for MCP
  • Works with IS leaders and teams to prioritize and complete work for growth projects
  • Ability to assist with equipment planning and associated IS costs for proposed growth
  • Ability to lead projects within budget, on time, and meeting project goals.

Additional Job Description

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 9 years progressive work experience and 4 years management experience
