Serves as a liaison between MCP and IS to ensure project scope, resources, and processes are aligned. Utilizes defined projects processes with Service Now. Works collaboratively with practice managers, growth leadership, and physicians to ensure successful transition. Looks for improvement opportunities to streamline, innovate and provide repeatable successful implementations. Appropriately escalates risks and provides mitigation recommendations. Leads in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations. Responsibilities:
- Lead and executes growth related IS projects and programs for MCP
- Works with IS leaders and teams to prioritize and complete work for growth projects
- Ability to assist with equipment planning and associated IS costs for proposed growth
- Ability to lead projects within budget, on time, and meeting project goals.
