Salary Range: $53,558 - $64,270

Essential Functions and Objectives:

- The School Office Manager efficiently organizes and supervises the administrative staff and activities at a school in coordination with school administration. Establishes a welcoming and friendly environment for receiving staff, families, students and community. Oversees student services and staff needs such as student records, transcripts, procurement of staff and office supplies, or other general office procedures in consultation with Business Manager.


Knowledge, Experience, & Other Qualifications:


A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience working with office processes and procedures. A minimum of three (3) years' supervisory experience. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).


Education Requirements:


- High school diploma or equivalent.

- College coursework or degree in business administration, accounting or related field is preferred.
