Exciting Opportunity at MSK:Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in our Urology nursing department. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase detailed, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a significant impact in our New York City location.

Role Overview:

• Work within Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model caring for Urology Surgical Oncology patients.
• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of Genitourinary patients.
• Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and telephone triage and offer patient/family education.
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Join in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in ambulatory setting.

Key Qualifications:

• New York State RN license and BSN
• 1.5 years of related medical/surgical experience required
• 1.5– 2 years of oncology experience highly preferred
• Genitourinary experience strongly preferred
• Ambulatory care experience preferred
• Bcls

• Hours: Full Time; 4 x 10hr day shift
• Location: Sidney Kimmel Center; 353 East 68th Street New York NY

Pay Range: $119,000-$146,850
