Intake Registrar/Testing Proctor (Part time)

Position: Intake Registrar/Testing Proctor
Hours: 12 Months (year-round) / 9-12 hours a week, Evenings
Starting Pay: $18.00 (and up depending on experience)
Location: Lemay

Multiple openings available. The hours worked will be 3 hours a day, two - four days a week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Major duties which the position exists to perform)

• This position will involve setting up and administering testing.
• Candidate must have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Candidate must have experience with Google Applications, including: Gmail, Sheets, Docs and Drive.
• Candidate must have high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform data entry and clerical duties
• Ability to navigate several monitors at same time
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of office procedures, computers, use of copy equipment, calculator, fax, and email.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
