General Statement of Duties
The employee in this classification provides instruction to students in Henrico County Public Schools. This position is for the 2024-25 school year.
Essential Duties
- Follows lesson plans submitted by the regular classroom teacher
- Ensures classroom management
- Serves appropriate duty assignments
- Leaves appropriate documentation for the teacher
- Performs other duties as assigned by the school
Minimum Qualifications
Permanent Substitute Teacher:
o Have minimum of 60 credit hours or 2 years working with children.
o Have completed the Child Abuse and Neglect Recognition and Intervention training Recognition and Intervention training

$21.88 PER HOUR
