The Investor Relations Manager works very closely with many external parties on coordinated Investor Relations (IR) events. They handle the careful dissemination of investor information via the appropriate channels and always in a legally compliant manner. Also required is the ability to work on problems and issues of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires identifiable factors and a value added approach to efficiently and quickly resolving issues. This role is a key driver to helping the entire Investor Relations team stay on schedule with the cadence of planned and unplanned activities at both the headquarters in Bellevue and Wall Street in New York.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares quarterly earnings materials/reports for investors and the annual meeting’s content.
  • Engage in relationship management with the investor community (Analysts, Stock Brokers, Investors)
  • Assist with critical IVR public facing communications and coordination with internal executive leaders in marketing, corporate communications and with the office of the CEO and other Executive VP level staff.
  • Act as an Investor Relations liaison to Corporate Communications. Provide support for Un-carrier events and other events involving CEO/SLT. Align messaging between Investor relations/investors and Communications/media.
  • Research IR-related topics and questions with business partners located in Bellevue – External Reporting, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, etc.
  • Performs research and tracks market competitive telecom information for executive staff.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot process errors through to correction and solution.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance or Accounting (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years Experience supporting Investor Relations activities. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Financial reporting experience (rebuild/redesign). (Required)
  • Relationship Management role in the IR field. (Preferred)
  • Wall Street level networking capability and public speaking experience. (Preferred)
  • Portfolio Management knowledge and experience. (Preferred)
  • Advanced Excel experience (Required)
  • Strong data analysis (Required)

Base Pay Range: $90,300 - $163,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
