Print Production Specialist

Starting Pay: $17.36 per hour

Essential Job Functions:
The Printer Production Specialist position within the Communications Department plays a critical role in
ensuring schools and the district receive requested printed material as effectively as possible. The position
fulfills a wide range and large volume of print requests that come through the Parkway Print Shop. This
position works closely with Sports Marketing to produce media containing advertising content that is
valuable to district sponsorships and thus revenue generation. Using in-house printing services allows for a
fast delivery and a cost-effective solution to the district’s printing needs.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a High School graduate; Associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a print shop is preferred
  • Excellent public relations and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to move in and around district buildings and campus locations
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lb. boxes of paper as needed
  • Able to stand for long periods of time while performing repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet rigid printing specifications on deadlines
