Job Overview
The Business Chat Representative is is an excellent position for anyone interested in working with business customers who visit T-Mobile business websites and working closely with our Telesales and Field Sales teams to drive customers to T-Mobile.

As a team member, you'll be a key contributor in T-Mobile's revenue engine by being the first point of contact for all web chat based inquiries and leads. As a Business Chat Representative, you will cultivate and quickly respond to web inquiries from both existing and prospective customers. You will set appointments for T-Mobile Account Executives and/or Business Telesales Representatives as well as make outbound calls to customers expressing an interest in T-Mobile services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to marketing leads via making outbound calls to prospects and customers. (Percent of time will vary depending upon volume of leads and marketing campaigns.)
  • Responsible for consulting with customers real time via web leads to obtain their needs, answer any questions they have, gather relevant customer information, and direct customer to the appropriate department including Care, outside sales, Business and Consumer Telesales.
  • Use knowledge of business solutions to best solve customer needs.
  • Manage multiple incoming chats at the same time and ensure timely responses.
  • Research leads, set appointments for the appropriate sales representative and enter in Salesforce CRM.

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)

  • Work Experience:
  • Less than 2 years Customer Service experience ()

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Communication Has good grammar and spelling. Ability to type 45 WPM. (Required)
  • Task Management Able to manage and effectively communicate with multiple chats at once. Able to follow processes and procedures correctly. (Required)
  • Technology Good knowledge if computers/computer programs and how they work. (Required)
  • Bilingual Can speak multiple languages. (Preferred)
