PARTICAL GRANT FUNDING

The Sanford School of Public Policy is seeking highly motivated recent graduates to provide administrative and research assistance and support to various projects with various faculty members. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience performing tasks such as (but not limited to):

Administrative:

  • File and filing cabinet project: organizing files and filing cabinets to helps ensure efficient access to important information
  • Proofreading
  • Word Processing
  • Excel spreadsheet development
  • Research data analysis
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting with event prep (name tags/tent cards, posters on bulletin boards, etc.)
  • Compiling/organizing survey results
  • Bulletin board updates
  • Other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication skills, including writing and proofreading
  • Must be able to manage details, meet deadlines, and be a self-starter
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with faculty and staff
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work well independently

Position is under the supervision of the Hiring Manager

Hours per week: 20-40

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.

Experience

None required beyond education.
