BUS DRIVERS WANTED
Position: 9.5 months 5.5 hours/day (M-F)
Starting Pay: $20.07 and up (depending on experience)

No Experience? We will train you! Paid Training! ($16.15 per hour for training)

Essential Job Functions:
Provide safe transport to and from school and school-related activities for Parkway students, for teachers/coaches/parents on field and activity trips, inspect bus before and after route, keep bus interior clean and maintain route sheets.

Qualifications:
  • Willing to be trained or possess valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) class A or B, without airbrake restrictions and with “S” (school bus) and “P” (passenger) endorsements
  • Pass annual physical, pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Relates well to children
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively to students, parents, school personnel and others
  • Ability to remain calm, rational and focused in heavy traffic, inclement weather and dealing with students on bus and parents
