Job Description Summary

The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy, and Sleep Medicine at MUSC is recruiting for a faculty member to provide 50% clinical effort at MUSC Charleston and 50% clinical effort at MUSC Orangeburg. The clinical focus at MUSC Charleston will be general pulmonary in the outpatient setting and ICU attending. The clinical focus at MUSC Orangeburg will be thoracic oncology in the outpatient setting, interventional pulmonary procedural activities, and ICU attending. Opportunity to lead and participate in education and clinical research is also desirable and to be determined based on the candidate’s background and interests. The division has numerous strong research programs including investigator-initiated research, clinical trials, and healthcare innovations. The division also has a robust portfolio of fellowships including combined pulmonary/critical care, critical care, sleep medicine, and T32 research. Plans are underway for an interventional pulmonary fellowship.
