Job Description

• Evaluates, administers and directs the administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. 
• Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassess this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation. 

Scheduled Hours per week: 40

Additional Job Description

Education:  Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school.  

Experience:  One year prior experience preferred.  New graduates acceptable.

 Licenses/Certificates:  Physical Therapist South Carolina License.  AHA BLS or equivalent certification required.
