Job Description Summary
The Guest Services Representative reports to the Patient Experience Manager. Under general supervision, the Guest Services Representative covers Inpatient Concierge and information services areas. In addition, this role provides a high level of customer services while offering support and quality services to meet the needs of the patients, patient family members, visitors, guests, and nursing/clinical team members. In order to achieve optimal satisfaction for all customers, this position ensures patient comfort and provides access to Chaplin and community social services for patients, family members and visitors. The Guest Services Representative also functions as the liaison between the patients, family members, visitors, guests, and the clinical team members within the department.Entity

Additional Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years directly related customer service work experience; or an associate’s degree and one year directly related customer service work experience; or A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Computer experience required. This role requires the ability to work weekends and staggered shifts.
