Job Description
Utilize all MRI resources to perform high quality MRI examinations on entire patient population (neonate through geriatrics) for interpretation by a physician. Other duties as deemed necessary.
Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology and one year of radiologic experience. Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) and licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association. Must be able to produce very high-quality special imaging with little supervision. Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment. Must be familiar with age specific criteria.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Proactively maintains and renews ARRT, state license, BLS, PPD, respirator fit test, and POC training.

Work Experience: 1+ year of Radiologic experienceMust be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT), and licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA).
