Job Description

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a board certified or board eligible Vascular Surgeon to work full-time at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in charming Beaufort, SC. Applicants must have completed an accredited Vascular Surgery Residency or Fellowship, and be proficient in all aspects of vascular surgery, including open and endovascular techniques. 

The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the Society of Vascular Surgery’s Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI), take an active role in growing the vascular service line at Beaufort Memorial, and help to ensure the integration of vascular services within the greater hospital system. Significant support and infrastructure exist for rapid practice development. There will be opportunities to engage in teaching and clinical research if the candidate desires but this is not an expectation.
