The Modern Languages department seeks a passionate and energetic French language teacher to fill a full-time, regular teaching position beginning in August 2025. Candidates should be interested in being part of a collaborative group of teachers and working with highly motivated high school students in a diverse, mostly residential community.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will be an active participant in the academic, athletic, co-curricular and residential programs at the Academy. Candidates should be prepared to teach all levels of the target language and respective literature and culture. Instruct through discussion and explanations in the target language. Maintain continuity and consistency in the Modern Language curriculum, follow departmental guidelines for content and assessment, and meet with the mentor and/or the chair of the department to discuss student experience and progress.
