Job Description Summary

The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina seeks candidates to join its well-regarded Pediatric Imaging Division as an Assistant or Associate Professor in a clinician-educator role with a tenure track. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a desire to participate in the academic activities of the Department.

The Division of Pediatric Radiology offers outstanding clinical services, education, and clinical research. Faculty members work closely with referring providers and trainees, and interdisciplinary collaboration is an essential component of this position. Residents from our prestigious MUSC Diagnostic Radiology and IR/DR Residency Programs contribute substantially to the daily workflow as well as after-hours coverage. Faculty are also active educators in the MUSC College of Medicine, which was founded in 1824 as the first medical school in the southern United States and has approximately 180 students in each class of its 4 years curriculum.

Job Description

The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina seeks candidates to join its well-regarded Pediatric Imaging Division as an Assistant or Associate Professor in a clinician-educator role with a tenure track. MUSC Minimum Requirement:

Applicants must have an MD or equivalent degree, be Board Eligible/Certified in Pediatric Radiology, and must be able to obtain a permanent South Carolina medical license to be considered.
