We are offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for a commitment to remain in a fulltime status with MUSC Lancaster for 2 years.
The Staff MRI Technologist provides patient services using imaging modalities, performs diagnostic procedures. Applies principles of radiation protection and the ALARA principle, exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures, provides patient care essential to imaging procedures, recognizes patient conditions requiring immediate action and initiates life support measures, establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and Medical Staff. Performs imaging services “on call” as needed.
Additional Job Description
Education: Graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
Licenses/Certificates: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or eligible, Advanced ARRT registration preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) required.
